Sports climbing – climbing wall

Initiation to sport climbing. The school’s climbing wall consists of two different parts: a 6,6m-long crossing and two 7.5m-high climbing routes. In the crossing, the students do not exceed 40 cm in height and with this they acquire the necessary techniques to be able to pass to the routes of climbing without danger. They are insured with harnesses, ropes, helmets … and can only perform the activity being insured by the teacher.

Among other skills, those that develop from climbing are coordination, increased relative strength, great mobility of the joints and trunk work (abdominal and lumbar squares).
